The Pack contains associated resources for the learning experience, typically in the form of articles and videos. There is a teacher Pack (with only teacher information) and a student Pack (which contains only student information). As a teacher, you can toggle between both to see everything.

In this experience, students learn about the opposing groups at the Consultation and the compromise resolution, the Declaration of November 7, 1835. Then, the students explain the collapse of the provisional government. Finally, they write a speech from the point of view of one of the delegates to the Consultation. Objectives:
On November 4, 1835, delegates traveled from all over Texas to San Felipe de Austin for a meeting called the Consultation. They had an important mission—they needed to decide on the future of Texas.
Objectives:
The delegates elected Branch T. Archer to be the president of the Consultation. The delegates were divided in their positions about the desired course of action.
Choose one of the three groups and write a slogan to represent that group at the Consultation.
